I declare that I am a self-certified high net worth individual for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005. I confirm that in the last financial year: I had an annual income of £170,000 or more, or I held net assets of £430,000 or more, excluding:
  • My main residence
  • Any qualifying pension rights
  • Life insurance policies
  • Withdrawals from pension pots after age 55.

Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor Declaration
I declare that I am a self-certified sophisticated investor for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005. I confirm that at least one of the following applies to me:
  • I have made more than one investment in an unlisted company in the last 2 years.
  • I am a member of a network or syndicate of business angels.
  • I work or have worked in private equity, corporate finance, or a professional investment role in the last 2 years.
  • I have been a company director of a business with £1 million+ turnover in the last 2 years.

Certified Sophisticated Investor Declaration
I confirm that I hold a valid certificate from an FCA-authorised person verifying that I am a Certified Sophisticated Investor under the Financial Promotion Order 2005. I understand this financial promotion is not approved by an FCA-authorised person. I may lose property or other assets from making investment decisions based on this information. I confirm my certificate was issued within the last 36 months.
